Minimum Guarantees
Unless otherwise noted, all LIVE programs come with an unconditional 15-day guarantee. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, simply contact me and request a full refund of your purchase price. Shorter or longer conditional guarantees may apply, so check the sales material at the time of your order for details.
Products that are PDFs (recipe books, menu plans, other educational materials) are automatically delivered at the time of purchase -- they are not returnable and therefore are non-refundable.
